I work with an international leading real estate developer known for its commitment to excellence and high standards of service. We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join the team to oversee the luxury high-rise residential tower in the vibrant area of San Diego.

Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our luxury high-rise residential tower. Your role will include ensuring the highest level of service to our residents, overseeing daily operations, and managing the leasing process. Experience with lease-ups is highly desirable.

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring all services are delivered at the highest standard.
• Manage and coordinate leasing activities, including lease-ups, renewals, and tenant relations.
• Maintain the property to the highest standards, ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and train property staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with lease-ups is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
