We’re searching for an experienced & visionary Property Manager to lead the launch of this flagship community. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape your high-performing team from the ground up while overseeing every aspect of a brand-new, luxury lease-up property.

Your Impact

As our Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind this one-of-a-kind property. You’ll set the tone for exceptional service and operational excellence while ensuring that every resident and prospect feels at home the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership on strategy, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to deliver occupancy goals and create a thriving community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and vendor management.
  • Hire, train, and inspire a brand-new on-site team to deliver a 5-star living experience.
  • Live onsite and actively engage in daily operations, inspections, and community presence.
  • Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, track progress, and drive results.
  • Review ad sources monthly and adjust marketing strategy based on market trends and seasonal demand.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws, lease agreements, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee move-in/move-out processes, property inspections, and ensure resident satisfaction through follow-ups and surveys.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage upkeep, repairs, and site safety meetings.
  • Manage vendor relationships, site spending, and purchasing within the Annual Operating Budget.
  • Physically walk the property daily to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience with sales, marketing, and financial operations.
  • Luxury high-rise lease-up experience is a must.
  • Must live onsite and take ownership of the resident experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the Miami, Overtown, and greater Miami-Dade County markets.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) required.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead with a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to create urgency, overcome objections, and drive leasing results.
  • Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with budgets and operations.
  • Expertise with leasing software such as Yardi, Bluemoon, or OneSite.
  • A dynamic leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
