Job Description

SUMMARY

This Project Manager – Product to Market role offers a strategic leadership opportunity for a motivated professional to drive cross-functional collaboration, enhance process efficiency, and support sales performance within a dynamic product-focused environment. The role enables close interaction with senior leadership and provides central oversight on business issues impacting key account execution. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for the PMO function, facilitating communication and follow-through across stakeholder groups.
  • Manage key business reviews and ensure execution of follow-up actions as part of ongoing performance oversight.
  • Support strategic alliances through regular communication and continuous performance tracking.
  • Collaborate across departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to resolve account issues and streamline operations.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic sales objectives and support regional targets through targeted PMO initiatives.
  • Apply project management tools and methodologies to support execution of account-related projects.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by championing transparent, cross-functional communication.
  • Leverage influence to drive decisions without direct authority, facilitating resolution of interdepartmental challenges.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes for enhanced customer outcomes and business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or related discipline preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training desired.
  • 4–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a nutraceutical or contract manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-functional teams and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on defined KPIs.
  • Competencies in agility, collaboration, customer focus, and results orientation.
