Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and organized Procurement Analyst to manage the full procurement lifecycle for infrastructure deployment initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with PLM tools, procurement systems, and logistics tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle using ZIP Procurement Tool.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Rosemary) to ensure BOMs in Arena PLM are accurate for quoting and ordering.
• Track procurement and logistics from PO creation through delivery.
• Provide timely status updates on orders, shipments, vendor timelines, and delays.
• Operate within a Jira environment for task tracking and workflow updates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Arena for PLM.
• Proficiency with ZIP Procurement Tool.
• Experience working in a Jira-based environment.
• Strong coordination skills for managing delivery timelines and communicating updates.

Tech Environment Overview

This role supports the Edge/Core Infrastructure Team, responsible for global hardware deployments and logistics.

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive): For collaboration, reporting, and documentation
• Jira: Task and workflow management
• ZIP: Procurement management tool for purchase orders, vendor tracking, and approvals
• Arena PLM: Used to manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) and lifecycle data for quotes and orders
