Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Physician to join our team as a Principal Investigator at a clinical research site in Las Vegas, Nevada. The primary focus is the oversight of all clinical trial studies according to study protocols, company processes and GCP.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will ensure the health and safety of participants throughout the study.
  • Supervise site staff to ensure the implementation of safe and effective trial procedures.
  • Review and report on screening failures, safety concerns, and participant retention statistics.
  • Oversee the clinical evaluation and assessment processes within clinical trials.
  • Maintain regular communication with IRBs and study sponsors.
  • Adhere to all medical responsibilities as outlined in study protocols, SOPs, GCP, and relevant state regulations.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns within clinical trial results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and suggestions for improvements.
  • Stay informed on the latest updates in SOPs and documentation standards.
  • This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ranging from 20-30 hours per week. The schedule will vary based on the clinical trial's requirements, providing adaptability and the chance to contribute to a dynamic and engaging research project

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator is preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing and presenting findings.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
