Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant & Social Media Assistant

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – some travel required)

Schedule: Full-Time | Must be flexible and comfortable with a 24/7 mentality

Start Date: ASAP

We are supporting a dynamic and fast-paced individual in the public eye who is seeking a sharp, grounded, and reliable Personal Assistant & Social Media Assistant to join her team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is highly organized, and has a “no task is too small” mindset. You'll be a key player in managing both day-to-day logistics and supporting her growing brand and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct personal support to a high-profile individual
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and hotel accommodations
  • Secure glam (hair and makeup) appointments and manage related logistics
  • Assist with email and calendar management
  • DM brands/influencers for potential comps and collaborations
  • Provide general support for product and social media partnerships
  • Book and coordinate car services
  • Serve as the go-to person for daily tasks in a highly unstructured environment

Qualifications:

  • 0–4 years of relevant experience (strong internships considered)
  • Discretion and professionalism are a must
  • Direct, grounded, and hard-working personality
  • Able to work with a flexible, on-call schedule (must be okay with nontraditional hours)
  • Social media savvy and confident in navigating platforms for outreach and brand coordination
  • Must be comfortable with a support role to someone in the public eye — no ego, no big personalities
