Job Description

Our client, a large-scale commercial real estate firm, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to support their office in downtown Washington, DC!

About the Job:

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members.
  • Handle meeting coordination, compile documents, and manage a filing system.
  • Open and distribute incoming correspondence and deposit checks.
  • Coordinate office reservations, catering requests, reconcile expenses, and handle printing needs.
  • Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of executive support experience is required.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Top-tier customer service skills and strong capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

  • Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
  • Temporary from 5/15 through the end of August.
  • Part-time for 20-30 hours/week.
  • Flexible hours within 8:30am-5:00pm.
  • 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
  • Metro accessible!
