Part-time Assistant to Director of Psychotherapy Center. (Soho)
Director of a Mental Health Counseling Center seeks an Executive/Personal Assistant to help varied aspects of his life run more smoothly and to save him time, both in his professional and personal life. The work will be done at a combination of his office in Soho, his apartment in Tribeca, and remotely.
Requirements include:
- BA/BS from competitive US college
- Three years of personal assistant experience or equivalent
- Two years of work in an office setting
- MS Office
- Software / tech capability
- Knowledge of personal finances
- Familiarity with HNW individuals
- Event Planning experience
- Talent with Personal Shopping / Gifting
- Must like dogs
Responsibilities include:
- Sorting and responding to emails
- Office organization
- Creating an HR manual from current drafted pieces
- Planning an off-site office party
- Light help with a residential renovation
- Travel planning
- Bringing dog to groomer
- Errands including grocery shopping
8 hrs/week
$50/hr
