Position: Mortgage Customer Service Representative

Duration: 4m C2H

Location: St. Louis, MO. 63110

Start Date: ASAP

Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (some flex)

Interviews: 1 & Done in-person

The pay range for this role is $17.00-19.00/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding mortgage applications
• Proactively reach out to clients to provide status updates and answer questions
• Offer clear guidance on steps in the mortgage process
• Inform customers of required documents and submission deadlines
• Track document intake and ensure timely delivery to underwriting
• Monitor progress and escalate any delays or issues that may impact approval
• Explain 30-day rate lock timelines and coordinate scheduling accordingly
• Work with closers, title companies, and customers to finalize loan closing dates
• Ensure all pre-closing requirements are met before the scheduled closing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan milestones
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to avoid delays
• Serve as liaison between customer and internal teams (e.g., underwriting, closing, funding)

Must Haves:

• Mortgage Processing Experience

OR

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business
• Call Center Experience
