Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – RFP & Proposal Specialist

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 4 Days a Week, 8 AM - 5 PM)

Type: Contract - 5 months

LHH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator specializing in RFPs and proposals for a contract position with one of our clients in the Jacksonville area. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience working with RFPs and proposals in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing client-driven RFPs and collaborating with internal teams to develop high-quality, strategic proposals that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Review client-driven RFPs, extract key requirements, and develop tailored proposals using a content management system.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account executives to align proposal content with client needs and business strategies.
• Assist in proposal writing, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with company messaging and standards.
• Coordinate necessary content revisions through the appropriate internal channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with RFPs in a sales/marketing capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive content.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint experience is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

This position is contract and hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.
