Crisis Prevention Institute Inc. (CPI) is the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training and dementia care services. Our programs teach professionals the skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to crises in the workplace. Since 1980, we’ve helped train more than 17 million people within service-oriented industries including education, health care, behavioral health, long-term care, human services, security, corporate, and retail.

The Role:
The Manager, Data Governance will be responsible for leading and overseeing CPI’s data governance program. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data is effectively managed, securely maintained, and aligned with applicable regulations and evolving business requirements. The individual will collaborate closely with the Technology team to scope, refine, and prioritize system enhancements that support and strengthen CPI’s data governance standards and processes.
