Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Regular and Consistent Attendance
- Complete full audits in an assigned territory.
- Completes electronic audit reports for SR Loss Prevention Manager review.
- Conducts investigations pertaining to issues of theft and misuse of company funds and/or property.
- Handle sensitive information, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Assists with HR related investigations at theatre level at request of Director of Loss
- Performs theatre building security assessments at request of Director of Loss Prevention.
- Performs additional and/or special auditing assignments and projects at request of Director of Loss Prevention.
- Prepares investigative reports.
- Considerable travel requirements.
- Manage travel schedules and necessary arrangements in a way that accommodates auditing requirements and budgeted guidelines.

Education/Experience Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Experience minimum 5 years, District Manager experience or minimum 2 years General Manager experience of 10
screens (or greater) theatre complex.

Language Ability Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.
Computer Skills Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
