Thompson Hine LLP is excited to announce a unique opportunity for two (2) full-time (37.5 hours/week) Legal Assistants ( Workflow Coordinators) in our Cleveland, Ohio office. The Workflow Coordinator is a critical part the Administrative Team in our Firmwide Administrative Support Center.
This team provides legal and administrative support to various attorneys, paralegals, and functional staff throughout all Thompson Hine offices and practice areas. The Workflow Coordinator will provide high-level support by managing workflow, assigning work requests to other team members, completing work requests, reviewing work product of other members of the team, and assisting with the training and mentoring of new team members.
This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships while working in a close team environment. Applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable. Individuals must also have excellent customer service skills, be team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Overtime and schedule adjustments may be needed occasionally to accommodate workflow.

The hours for this position are 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
This position is eligible to participate in a hybrid remote/in-office schedule upon successful completion of at least a 90-day training period.
