Job Title: Legal Assistant

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45226 (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate: $23 to $25

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage month-end financial processes, including prepaid reconciliation, accruals, expense reclassification, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Process garnishment levies and child support orders.
• Review PDF files for accuracy and combine them as needed.
• Create cover pages for documents.
• Perform accurate data entry of order information into the system.
• Look up and verify information in the database.
• Adhere to daily goals and complete assigned orders.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous legal experience in any capacity.
• Banking knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Entry-level banking experience beyond customer service.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
