Job Description

An international home appliance manufacturing company is currently seeking a Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support their office in the Fort Lee, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Customer Service/Sales Assistant experience and have advanced proficiency in Korean.

*This is a part-time, direct hire position with full-time potential.

Responsibilities of Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate customer records, and update account information as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and following up as necessary.
• Work flexible hours, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods (mid-April to end of August).

Requirements of Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading and writing) are required.
• Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and customer service software.
• Ability to work part-time (4 hours/day) with flexibility to work full-time (8 hours/day) during peak seasons.
• Available to work onsite until end of probationary period
