Key Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners and businesses on the advantages of solar energy and initiate sales conversations.
• Attend regular training sessions through our Fast Track program and the online university to stay current on solar industry trends, company products, and best practices.
• Engage with customers to answer their questions, explain solutions, and drive excitement about solar energy.
• Contribute to company goals by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with the team to improve strategies and grow Sun Collectors’ reach.

Required Skills:

• A valid driver’s license , reliable transportation and a passion for helping others.
• Customer service or sales experience —you know how to connect with people and make them feel heard.
• Strong communication skills —you're personable and can explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Self-motivation —you're goal-driven, love challenges, and enjoy achieving targets.
• Ability to work outdoors and stay energized while on your feet during the day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (preferably in energy or technology).
• A basic understanding of the solar industry —but don't worry, we provide all the training you’ll need!
