With a legacy of supporting innovative and transformative businesses, we are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support equity financings, debt financings, and other corporate finance transactions.
  • Conduct financial valuations, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses.
  • Prepare materials such as pitch books, offering memoranda, management presentations, and financial models.
  • Perform due diligence, analyze corporate and financial information, and develop detailed industry insights.
  • Build and refine operating and valuation models to support transaction processes.
  • Research market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic recommendations.

Collaboration and Client Interaction:

This role provides direct exposure to senior client executives, allowing Analysts to actively participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building efforts. Analysts will work collaboratively with colleagues across various teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate.
  • 1+ years of investment banking experience or relevant professional financial experience, ideally in Healthcare and/or Biotechnology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
