Brief:

Aditi Inc. seeks a high-energy, resourceful, and skillful person to serve as the business and investments analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as it grows in stature and impacts globally to the next level of excellence.

As a Business and Investments Analyst at Aditi Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in financial decision-making and portfolio management. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting investment reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' portfolios as well.

The candidate will also serve as a foreground for Aditi Inc. connecting the bridge between the company and its finances. The position requires an individual who is well organized and detail oriented.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a small office environment, is a self-starter and has excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally, it is preferable that the person is based in the Boston vicinity.

Notable Traits:

People centric, productive, professional, good at time management, optimistic, proficient in Office Suite, efficient in at least one financial analysis software, has reporting experience, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Reporting: Generate comprehensive and insightful investment reports for the CEO, highlighting performance metrics, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations.

2. Portfolio Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of investment portfolios, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.

3. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to provide informed insights and recommendations.

5. General Finance Support: Assist in various financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, amongst other things.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to gather relevant data and insights, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, investment reporting, and portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibility driven performance.

Salary:

  • Up to $60,000 per annum.
