Role : Intellectual Property Litigation / Patent Prosecution Attorney (Partner)
Location : Austin, TX (hybrid and remote options), but must reside near Austin.
I am a search firm representing a law firm seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation / Patent Prosecution Attorney to join their team. Your information will NOT be shared with the firm without out your permission.
This is a Partnership or Counsel position. Seeking 6+ years experience to take over a practice/ help with succession planning. This is a firm where you can have your own plan, hours, etc. while working with a great team and platform.
The IP and technology practice does preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, advice and counseling, procurement and government contracting, licensing and acquisition, portfolio management, opinions , and litigation in state and federal courts regarding all aspects of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
Firm Details:
They have a strong compensation model and consider their attorneys fully occupied at 1200-1500 hours.
You can make $200k+ working 1400 hours, without originations. With originations you can make even more!
