Our established client, a leading beverage company, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Instructional Designer/Developer to design a highly interactive 2-hour virtual workshop focused on Conflict Resolution and Giving & Receiving Feedback. The session will be delivered by internal HR partners either in person or virtually via MS Teams or Webex.
The workshop must go beyond traditional breakout rooms and incorporate engaging interactive elements such as polls, whiteboards, and other tools that promote active learning. The ideal consultant will have experience using, and hold active licenses, for Slido, Prezi, or comparable engagement platforms.

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
