Job Description

SUMMARY

This opportunity offers a dynamic role in a well-established, innovative manufacturing environment, serving industries such as medical devices, automotive, and industrial sectors. The Human Resources Manager will act as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring that human capital strategies align with organizational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement effective talent strategies addressing recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and support managers in delivering constructive feedback.
  • Support the recruitment process in coordination with department managers and recruiters, ensuring role alignment and candidate fit.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for all new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and relay insights to improve employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Coordinate open enrollment processes, including employee communication and benefit inquiries.
  • Advise on competitive compensation to aid in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Lead employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and coaching management on best practices.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Oversee training programs and manage grant applications to support employee development.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems such as Paylocity.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and review internal policies for compliance.
  • Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive HR leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity or ADP.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

COMPENSATION : $110,000
