Job Description

Nestled in the heart of downtown, our luxury hotel offers an unparalleled guest experience, combining excellent service, exquisite accommodations, and top-tier amenities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Monitor and improve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Train, mentor, and lead department managers and staff to uphold brand standards.
Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the front office and housekeeping departments.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Keen eye for detail and hotel presentation in public areas.
Excel at guest service.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
