Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing hotel staff, and delivering exceptional guest service to ensure the success and profitability of the property. This position reports into the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to ensure high standards of guest service, performance, and professionalism.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for smooth hotel operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including payroll, supplies, and operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance, including occupancy rates, room revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Plan and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase hotel bookings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of professionalism and guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
