Job Description

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist for its' high volume, luxury salon. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in hair services, including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair, and massaging and treating scalp. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and customer satisfaction. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

• Studies facial features of member and determines the best cut and/or trim to achieve desired effect.
• Dyes, tints, bleaches, curls or waves hair as required.
• Analyzes condition of hair to see what chemical treatment will provide the best results.
• Maintains a professional appearance by being in proper uniform and adhering to grooming standards at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience in fast-paced, high-end salon
• Must have experience in hair services, including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair, and massaging and treating scalp
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have current professional license
