Job Description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Guest Services Specialist. As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be the face of the San Francisco office, delivering an exceptional reception experience for employees, guests, and vendors. You’ll maintain an inviting and efficient front desk environment, support workplace operations, and help build a positive and productive atmosphere for all office visitors and staff.

• Pay Rate: $26.50/hour

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and seamless visitor registration and access.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and surrounding spaces, reporting maintenance or janitorial needs promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests via tickets, email, and Slack; assist with special projects; support team efficiency and service improvements.
• Coordinate badge access and certificates of insurance (COI) with Workplace Experience and Security teams. Manage incoming package deliveries and vendor interactions.
• Assist with office supply management, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks for the Workplace Experience team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, workplace services, or reception.
• Strong customer service skills with a pleasant, calm, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site daily in the San Francisco office.
• Previous experience assisting with events preferred.
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Slack.
• College degree preferred.
