Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across departments to create and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to support key business decisions and long-term planning.
• Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders based on financial performance and trends.
• Support the finance system migration and contribute to the buildout of a new data warehouse.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help elevate team performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role; 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Background in the staffing industry or a professional services environment is a must.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with data warehouse development is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to partner confidently with senior finance leaders.
• An outgoing, proactive personality with a passion for financial tech and continuous learning.
