Field Service Technician for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in southeastern USA or the vicinity of Indiana. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance, updating service logs, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided. The role may require travel to various client locations within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and basic instrumentation
• Troubleshooting Skills: ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Organizational Skills: ability to manage service schedules, maintain detailed service logs, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer Service Skills: experience in handling customer queries and providing high-quality service
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Experience in field service, installation, or a related technical area is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred
