We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Field Service Operations Manager to lead a team of field technicians and ensure the successful delivery of service operations involving rotating equipment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Interface directly with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and deliver well-written service reports, operational summaries, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for field service activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing field service teams, including direct reports.
• Strong background in rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor field representatives effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
