Field Service Engineer - Permanent - Miami

Are you an experienced Engineer looking for your next move? Step into this pivotal role at a global CMO and help shape the future of healthcare manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position will provide essential support in the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems at customer sites. This role requires adherence to established protocols to ensure quality standards are met. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues with discretion and independent judgment, supporting a specific site, region, or product as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school degree required; AS degree or technical certificate is a plus.
• Electrical and mechanical background.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer and peer interaction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on business needs.
• Oracle experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to align work schedule with customer needs, including potential on-call duties.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass background screening by a third-party agency.

The Engineer's responsibilities will be:

• Install, modify, repair, and maintain software and hardware of equipment and systems.
• Interface with customers to maintain service level agreements and satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to work protocols and policies.
• Achieve certification on equipment and systems as required.
• Submit detailed reports on support activities.
• Respond to changing priorities and support organizational duties.
• Act as a point of contact for both customer and internal management.
• Provide weekly system performance summaries and address additional KPI requests.
