About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Executive Assistant to support Elite 25 agent Wade Giles in Austin, TX . This is a full-time, on-site role with travel required for listing appointments, showings, and client meetings. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional with exceptional communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a luxury real estate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Transaction Support : Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and oversee daily administrative operations.
• Client & Listing Management : Assist with contracts, maintain client records, and facilitate smooth transactions.
• On-Site & Travel Requirements : Attend listing appointments, showings, and key meetings as needed.
• Communication & Coordination : Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and timely follow-ups.
• Market & Listing Support : Prepare reports, track market activity, and assist with listing coordination.
• High-Touch Client Service : Deliver an exceptional client experience with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license (TREC-licensed).
• Highly organized with strong time management skills—able to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—professional, polished, and client-focused.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in real estate technology, including ABoR, MLS, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools. Compass tech experience preferred but not required.
• Luxury real estate experience is a plus—but a passion for real estate and eagerness to learn is essential!
• Adaptable and proactive—thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
