Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join their client's vibrant team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of national tradeshows and marketing events, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all involved. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

National and Regional Events Coordination

  • Oversees coordination and execution of all national tradeshows and marketing events including identifying events, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Maintaining and updating all tradeshow checklists, setup instructions, and tradeshow documentation.
  • Maintaining event details on the Marketing calendar.
  • Maintaining inventory and purchasing of all event items.
  • Executing lead imports, pre/post mailings, and other correspondence.
  • Coordination of all sample product, supply, and POS needs.
  • Creating and updating event collateral including recipe cards, signage, etc.
  • Preparing and summarizing event data and statistics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Participates in person at events as needed.
  • Execution of post-event follow-up e-mail communications.
  • Responsible for execution of social media messaging and posting during onsite events.

Marketing Functions

  • Coordinates sample requests from marketing partners for events and PR.
  • Processes sample requests as needed.
  • Makes updates to POS materials and purchasing.
  • Creates and maintains specific SOP documentation.
  • Manages organization, relevancy, controls, and archiving for department shared drive.
  • Back up support for email blast communications from developing message points, creation of blast, sending email, tracking, and report logs.
  • Back up for website maintenance including developing icons and graphics, making updates, collecting site statistics, and updating recipe database.
  • Will be required at times to make end user visits in the local market to represent the brand.
  • Performs other miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned.
  • Assists with updates to sales material, documentation, and customer requests.
  • Provides Brand Ambassador program support including processing and coordinating samples and POS requests and importing lead reports into Salesforce.
  • Provides Customer Service support including answering phones.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Benefits

Competitive pay ranging from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience. The position involves around 5% travel time, offering an opportunity to engage in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
