Here you won't just "have a job," you will be helping us to reshape the future of home services by providing reliable, best-in-class service to your neighbors in your community.What You'll Do: Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfactionProvide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systemsFollow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into salesDiagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etcEmphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing optionsInstalling water treatment systems, gas piping, etc.Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.What You Need To Succeed: At least 3 years experience with residential service plumbingA positive attitude with a dedication to customer service, treating our customers with the utmost respect.A deep understanding of residential plumbing equipmentEnthusiasm to learn and growThe ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's homeClean driving recordAbility to work late when the job at hand requires itWhy should you join our team?We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.T (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork).
