Electronic Repair Technician:

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Repair Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to testing, modifying, repairing, and calibrating computer hardware to the component level. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our electronic equipment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Test, modifies, upgrades, performs basic repairs, calibrates, aligns, and burns-in assigned computer hardware to the component level following established procedures and guidelines.
• Tests, repairs, burns-in, and cleans assigned equipment in accordance with the facility's Quality Policy.
• Interacts on a professional level with associates, participating in Job circles, cross-training, and information sharing.
• Monitors assigned equipment safety stock levels and maintains enough equipment to meet safety stock requirements.
• Maintains work area and assigned test equipment and tools.
• Follows department static control procedures.
• Maintains required paperwork, records, and documentation.

Electronic Repair Technician Qualifications:

• 4 - 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in testing, modifying, repairing, and calibrating computer hardware to the component level.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of static control procedures and best practices in electronic repair.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
