Electrical Panel Assembler- Onsite
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Status: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $22-25/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6am-2:30pm (2nd shift also available 2pm-11pm)
What You'll Do:
🔹 Wire and assemble components accurately to meet manufacturing specifications
🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
🔹 Utilize hand and power tools to drill, tap, and adjust parts for a precise fit
🔹 Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards
🔹 Rotate through multiple stations, gaining experience in various assembly tasks
🔹 Maintain equipment and collaborate with management to optimize production
What You'll Bring:
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ Experience in wiring, assembly, or fabrication
✔️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
✔️ Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, grinders, wire cutters, etc.)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
