Description:

We are searching for a Document Change Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who can: be self-motivated, work independently or in a team setting, balance and prioritize multiple projects, gather detailed information and develop clear written procedures for manufacturing operators, discuss process details with content experts, edit and update existing documents, and coordinate inputs and interactions effectively across multiple roles or levels of the organization. Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information quickly, and a natural ability to reprioritize tasks as needed, is essential.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in English composition and sentence structure
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly, and willingness to ask questions as needed
• Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
• Strong sense of ownership for assigned work/tasks
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized
• Efficient at multi-tasking
• Ability to change priorities quickly and/or often
• Patience in working through multiple iterations of a document revision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Ability to type > 40 words/min

Preferences:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
• Experience reviewing and formatting assembly documentation
