In this role, you will guide the College’s admissions strategy efforts, helping to shape the future of Indian River State College by connecting students to life-changing educational opportunities.
This position offers the chance to make a significant impact by leading a high-performing team, collaborating with K–12 schools and community partners, and developing innovative pathways to college enrollment. You’ll oversee the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, manage CRM systems to optimize outreach, and create compelling campaigns in partnership with our Marketing and Communications team.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, this position is responsible for leading and managing the college’s admissions operations to support institutional enrollment goals and increase college participation within the community. Provides strategic direction and oversight for all admissions initiatives, ensuring alignment with the college’s mission and objectives. Collaborates closely with internal departments, local K-12 schools, community organizations, and industry partners to promote access and strengthen pathways to higher education. Foster effective partnerships both within and outside the institution.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally more than twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
