Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager , you will spearhead digital strategies, execute campaigns, and analyze performance to maximize ROI. This role will require expertise in handling CPG products and a strong background in Retail Link Management (RLM). The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with agencies and managing multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.
  • Analyze online consumer behavior and trends to tailor campaigns for optimal engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring effective execution on deliverables and maintaining budget adherence.
  • Utilize RLM tools to strengthen partnerships with retail businesses and track performance metrics.
  • Guide content development that supports brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing across SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven track record in handling and marketing CPG products.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Link Management (RLM).
  • Experience managing agencies and third-party partners effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
