TALL Builders LLC is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Designer to join our dynamic team! We specialize in high-end residential renovations and custom builds, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make beautiful spaces come to life — with heart, creativity, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with clients on material selections and finish schedules
• Creating 3D renderings and visual presentations to bring concepts to life
• Preparing finish material spec sheets and cost breakdowns
• Visiting job sites to coordinate with clients and the construction team
• Working closely with vendors and suppliers across Hawaiʻi
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Using industry-standard design software to present, document, and execute projects

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong knowledge of local Hawaii vendors & materials
• Have experience with 3D rendering programs
• Are organized, creative, and great with finish material coordination
• Have your own transportation and are comfortable doing on-site visits
• Love working with people and are known for your stellar customer service
• Are passionate about design and can confidently represent your ideas
