Job Description

About the Company - We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Physician to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage medical knowledge and analytical skills to enhance patient care, optimize healthcare operations, and support research through data analysis. This role involves working with healthcare datasets, collaborating with clinicians, and developing insights that drive evidence-based practices.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Work with electronic health records (EHR) and other medical datasets to develop predictive models and support clinical decision-making.
  • Provide clinical interpretation of data analytics reports to ensure alignment with medical standards.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying key performance indicators and tracking outcomes.
  • Assist in developing data input solutions for medical diagnostics and patient care optimization.
  • Present findings and insights to healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and policymakers.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Medical Degree (MD/DO) with clinical experience.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Data Science, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of medical data structures, EHR systems, and healthcare analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating data insights into clinical practice.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Environment - Hospital systems, healthcare organizations, insurance companies. Remote or hybrid work may be available depending on the organization.
