Job Description

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong verbal and written communication skills . The ideal candidate will handle membership inquiries, service requests, and provide accurate, timely information to members, affiliated physicians/staff, and internal teams.

Location: Onsite in Boca Raton, FL

Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM OR 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM (Full-time, 40 hours/week with possible overtime)

Bilingual a plus

Call center experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members, physicians, and staff via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Research and resolve member issues, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions.
• Support structured outbound calling campaigns for affiliated practices and member retention.
• Process applications, invoices, receipts, cancellations, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide information on reimbursement inquiries and assist with website and app support.
• Accurately document all interactions and activities in the member’s record.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service, call center, or business/administrative roles.

Skills:

• Strong communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office procedures.
• Experience with call center solutions is a plus.
