Support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries about accounts, products, and services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide support for Cash Management products, Online platform, and Mobile app.
• Manage calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively to maintain service quality.
• Consistently meet or exceed key department performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree OR
• Previous contact center experience
