Producer, Creative Marketing (CPG & Lifestyle)

Full Time Salaried Role

Hybrid near Anaheim, CA

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Producer to support creative marketing across CPG, beverage, and lifestyle brands. This role will manage content development, photoshoots, retail assets like POS or POP , and high-impact brand presentations.

The ideal candidate has experience leading creative projects from concept to delivery, thrives in fast-paced environments, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and external vendors. Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of consumer-facing creative are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce content across digital, print, and retail channels
• Lead scheduling, approvals, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage photoshoot logistics and campaign timelines
• Support creative team operations and stakeholder communication
• Drive process improvements and lead status meetings

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years in creative production or marketing project management
• Experience with CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Travel as needed
