About the Company - Halcyon Group International operates in conflict and transition environments providing expert Counterinsurgency, Stability, and Influence Operations capabilities to the United States Government and partner nations to achieve strategic, operational, and tactical level objectives.

About the Role - Counterintelligence Analyst SME will be the acting Subject Matter Expert and trainer for Counterintelligence Analyst in a screening and vetting environment.

Responsibilities -

• Successful candidate shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years Counterintelligence collection, investigation, or intelligence analyst experience.
• Candidate must be proficient in drafting special assessments, intelligence reports, threat assessments, and other intelligence related products.
• Candidate shall work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Develops and maintains procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
• Advise and assist the counterintelligence analysts on high-risk determinations and provide oversight in the coordination of high-risk assessments with operational guidance.
• Develop and administer training on systems and procedures associated with personnel security and vetting operations based on Government identified existing and emerging training.

Qualifications

Required Skills -

• The Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) Analyst shall possess a bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of progressive intelligence analysis experience or fifteen (15) years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu a degree.
• Candidate must also possess a minimum of three (3) years in identity validation and analysis or targeting.
• Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Skills -

• Experience leading small teams is preferred.
• Former experience as a DoD Special Agent or Army CI Agent preferred.
• Advanced analytics training preferred.

Pay range and compensation package - Starting at $110,000
