Contracts Administrator – Construction

$65,000k-$80,000k (DOE)

Direct Hire

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Westerville, Ohio

What you’ll be doing:

Review requested modifications to their subcontractor and owner contacts
Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors and owners
Prepare contracts
Ensure all contracts follow federal state and local laws and that both parties are fulfilling the terms of the agreement

Who we’re looking for:

A paralegal or someone familiar with contracts
Knowledge of construction industry contracts
High degree of compliance
Someone who can work at a slower pace so that they can be detailed - quality over quantity
Someone who can be assertive yet also is not afraid to ask for help or recognize when they don’t know the answers
Outgoing personality
