○ Do you have any experience working in a regulated environment?

○ While we can teach you most, any experience will help!

● Ability to fill out technical documentation

○ Documentation is critical to the Medical Device industry

○ Being able to read and write English, take detailed notes and write legibly is

important because it is a standard part of the day to day!

● Comfortable with computers

○ We also track defects and production data in our ERP system. We are looking

for partners who are comfortable working on computers!

● Passionate about manufacturing and contributing to continuous improvement ○ If you

have knowledge surrounding safety, lean manufacturing, six sigma, process or

continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 6S, Kanban, etc.) please let us know!
