Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of commercial litigation from investigation through appeal

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

• Conduct legal research and present strategic recommendations

• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Support discovery, including interrogatories and document review

• Collaborate on case strategy and client advisement

Qualifications:

• 2–8 years of experience in commercial litigation

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice in Texas (Texas State Bar in good standing)

• Demonstrated success handling multiple matters under tight deadlines
