Billing Specialist

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Billing Specialist job in Arvada, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Billing role.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Identifying and resolving payment inconsistencies or errors
-Working with clients, 3rd party institutions, and internal teams to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
-Creating and sending billing materials to clients
-Managing client account information (payment history, upcoming payment information, etc.)
-Notifying clients of missed or upcoming payment deadlines
-Calculating and tracking financial statements
-Preparing, posting, verifying, and recording client payments
-Requesting payments from delinquent accountholders
-Creating reports of current client account statuses
-Assisting with creating monthly and weekly billing statements
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Billing role
-Previous experience with Textura, Procore, Spectrum Viewpoint, or other ERP software preferred
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $30.00 and $35.00
