Position Overview:

As a High-End Barber Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier grooming services, including but not limited to, haircuts, shaves, beard grooming, and styling for both men and women. You will be expected to uphold our standards of excellence, offer tailored recommendations to clients, and ensure an unmatched experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Premium Grooming Services: Execute precision haircuts, fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and styling with attention to detail.
• Personalized Client Consultation: Assess clients' hair textures, face shapes, and preferences to deliver bespoke grooming solutions. Offer expert advice on product recommendations and aftercare.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through superior service, professionalism, and personalized attention.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your workspace, equipment, and tools. Follow salon and health safety regulations.
• Stay Current on Trends: Continuously update skills and techniques by keeping up with industry trends, attending workshops, and furthering education in barbering and styling.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow barbers, stylists, and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Valid barbering or cosmetology license in SC.
• Expertise: Advanced knowledge of men’s grooming techniques, including precision cuts, fades, beard sculpting, hot towel shaves, and styling.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to represent our brand with sophistication.
• Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering a personalized and memorable customer experience in a luxury setting.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-driven atmosphere.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-profile clients or working in luxury or upscale grooming environments.
• Advanced training or certification in specialty services (e.g., color, skin care treatments, advanced beard design).
• Knowledge of the latest trends in men’s grooming, including styles, tools, and products.
