Imperial Moto Café in Miami seeks one bar manager to join our strong team. We are located at 19501 Biscayne Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

As a  Manager at Imperial Moto Cafe, you play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment. Your primary focus is to lead the team, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the quality and standards of our coffee and food offerings. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Leading and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Training and developing baristas and team members on coffee preparation, food handling, and customer engagement.
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product availability.
• Ensuring the proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and other equipment.
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any service issues professionally.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment.
• Be aware of the work schedules, breaks, and shift coverage to optimize operations.
• Monitoring music, ambiance, and overall cafe atmosphere to enhance the customer experience.
• Enforcing health, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coffee industry and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
