Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Audience & Data Solutions is responsible for developing and supporting all aspects of our Agency and clients' marketing data strategy, data utilization, insights, analytics, and technology enablement, with a focus on audience-centric solutions. This includes direct consulting, data insights, analytics, management, and technology strategy development for activation.
The role will guide the Agency and clients in developing multi-year data strategies from analytics and insights to activation, while also understanding and implementing technical solutions that drive marketing transformation and unlock digital business opportunities. He/she will work with a variety of data sources, technology partners and advanced data/analytics platforms to continuously evolve the Agency and clients’ marketing effectiveness and ROI across all campaign types.
This role requires a strong understanding of both technical and business strategies, with a focus on audience development and activation. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agency teams, strategic partners, and clients to create integrated solutions and accelerators that solve client challenges and drive new revenue opportunities for the agency.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
